Terms of Use for the service FileSharer English

1. cloud.kumhofer.at FileSharer is a free service, there are no costs for use.
2. FileSharer endeavors to ensure constant availability of the service. However, there is no requirement for constant availability. All services related to this free service are provided on a voluntary basis.
3. The email address of the user is required to protect the service. FileSharer reserves the right to occasionally inform the user by e-mail about updates of this service or offers of our partners under the terms of the Privacy Policy.

1. It is not allowed to upload files that violate the laws of your country or the countries of the people who download these files again.
2. It is not allowed to upload files that contain left propaganda and should be distributed in this way. (For example, per migration, per refugee, per Greta Thunberg, etc.)
3. The user is responsible for the content of the uploaded files and releases FileSharer from all claims of third parties.
4. FileSharer points out that FileSharer does not back up users' files and that users are solely responsible for backing up their files.
